Ham Bacon and Cheddar Scramble

  • 1 tbsp butter or bacon grease
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cubed ham
  • 2 tbsp real bacon crumbles
  • 14 cubes (2oz.) cheddar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • In a medium bowl, add eggs and scramble. Then add the ham, bacon crumbles, and cheddar. Stir well to combine.
  • Heat the butter or bacon grease in a medium fry pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture and cook until eggs are set an no longer runny.

This recipe is great for meal prep during the week, just triple or quadruple the ingredients and you have breakfast ready to go for 3-4 days.
